Stat. § 119.07(4)(d). This request for clarification is done as a courtesy to you to ensure the Town is able to accurately and promptly provide you with either an estimate, if necessary, or production of the public records you seek. You should be able to view your original request at the following link: https://portal.laserfiche. com/Portal/DocV iew. aspx?id=173162&repo=r-430100cc Thank you for your clarification received on August 21, 2020 of the dates you are requesting police activity to be from January 1, 2016 through June 1, 2020. The Town now estimates that to fully respond to your request will require approximately one-half hour of administrative support at $80.48 per hour, the labor cost of the personnel providing the service, per Fla. Stat. § 119.07(4)(d). If the costs of producing these documents will exceed your deposit, the Town will provide you with an initial production of responsive records and an estimate for the production of any additional responsive records. If the costs of production are less than the deposit, the Town will provide you with the responsive records and a refund. (.5 hour @ $80.48) = Deposit Due: $40.24 in cash or check. Upon receipt of your deposit, the Town will use its very best efforts to further respond to your public records request in a reasonable amount of time.
