RESOLUTION REGARDING FORT BEGGS
WHEREAS, the Village of Plainfield has applied to the Will County
Governmental League for funding of certain improvements to Fort Beggs Road,
Roberts Road and IL 59; and
WHEREAS, the total estimated cost of the project is $1,201,360.00; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Plainfield is capable, willing and able to fund the
local share of the project which includes all of the right-of-way acquisition estimated
costs of $157,500.00, Phase 1 casts estimated at $45,600.00 and 20% of the Phase
2 costs estimated at $10,700.00 of $53,570.00 and Phase 3 costs of $188,938.00 of
$944,690.00 in estimated costs.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WILL COUNTY, AS FOLLOWS:
That the Village of Plainfield is capable, willing and able to fund the local share
of the project which includes all of the right-of-way acquisition estimated costs of
$157,500.00, Phase 1 costs estimated at $45,600.00 and 20% of the Phase 2 costs
estimated at $10,700.00 of $53,570.00 and Phase 3 costs of $188,938.00 of
$944,690.00 in estimated casts.
