A RESOLUTION ASSIGNING ALL RIGHTS, TITLE AND INTEREST IN A
CERTAIN CONTRACT ENTERED INTO BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF
PLAINFIELD AND JII TRUCKING
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the President and Clerk are authorized to execute and attest an assignment
assigning all rights, title and interest in a certain real estate contract dated
February 9, 199fi, for the property located at 833 143rd Street, Plainfield, Illinois.

ASSIGNMENT
For and in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and for other
good and valuable considerations the receipt of which i.s hereby
acknowledged the undersigned does h~:reby assign, transfer and set
over and quit claim unto First Midwest Trust Company, as trustee
under a Trust Agreement dated thn day of October, ].996 and
knowza, as 'trust number 6116, a].l of the undersigned's right, title
and interest in and tv the attached contract and the premises
therein described, including all of the undersigned's rights
therein by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of
Illinois, and delivery of deed hereunder to said assignee(s).

the foregoing instrument as such village President and Village

acknowledged that they signed, sealed and delivered the said
instrument of writing as their free and voluntary act, and as the
free and voluntary act of the said Village of Plainfield for the
uses and purposes therein set forth, pursuant to authority given by
the Village Trustees of said Village.
