George,
We will be ready to explain the reasons why the project is over the budget. As you mentioned, the specified equipment
will last longer with less maintenance plus the Tybee factor.

Fred the infrastructure committee meeting is March 12, 2015 at 5:30 pm I want you and Chris Stovall to be there to
explain to the committee why the sludge digester project has ran over Budget by$ 300,000.00 dollars:you need to bring
cost analysis of the savings for the sludge digester for having it installed verses not having it installed. Plus the cost of
the Blowers, Stainless Steel piping, and Tank Costs, and most importantly the longevity of the Sludge Digester and its
components. It will not be left up to me to explain this on my own, I was not the one that set the budget.Thank You
George Reese

Hello Diane,
It was good seeing you again this afternoon. As I promised, please find a couple of brochures, one for the tank and the
other one for the blowers that we specified for this project. These blowers are the top of the line as far as efficiency and
noise level, especially for this location surrounded by residential area. In addition, we added canopy for the blowers to
reduce wear and tear on the equipment as well as increasing plant personnel safety. All the air piping also specified to
stainless steel to prevent corrosions. Our latest engineering cost estimate was about$980,000.These are the few items
that exceeded our last year budget of$750,000. I hope this will help explain the reason why the bids came in higher
than our original cost estimate. By specifying a high quality equipment, we believe this installation would last a life time
with reasonable care. Please let me know if you need any other information. Thanks,
Fred Sororian
