1. Select Board Letter for CPC Grant Application
Notices of Intent
1. Sears Point Condominium proposes to extend the coir envelope shoreline protection system in addition to
sand nourishment, plantings and the placement of compacted gravel borrow fill within coastal resources at
Sears Point Drive, 57/3-298, 3-299 (4/148, 4/149).
2. Continued - Calvin and Margaret Crossley propose vegetation management to include the removal of
invasive species and replacement with native plantings and sand nourishment within 50 and 100 feet of
coastal wetlands at 234 Robbins Hill Road, 38/87 (2116).
3. Continued - Elizabeth Vining, Trustee, proposes after -the -fact restoration plantings for pruning of vegetation
for a vista within 50 and 100 feet of inland wetlands at 32 Bantry Lane, 68/23 (5/223).
4. Continued -James &Nancy Gould propose expansion of an existing deck, construction of timber stairs, and
installation of a seasonal dock on and within 50 feet of inland wetlands at 42 Featherbed Lane, 11/46 (38/94).
