AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE ORCHARD HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Moab
that upon the oral petition of the owners of the property known
as the Orchard Heights Subdivision, and upon recognition that the
improvements of said subdivision due for completion by September 1,
1963 have not been made.
IT IS ACCORDINGLY ORDAINED that the plat of Orchard
Heights Subdivision filed for record November 21, 1961 as entry
no. 296463 be, and the same hereby is vacated, and the Recorder
is instructed to note the same with reference to this ordinance
on the face of said plat.
DONE IN COUNCIL this 18th day of August, A.D. 1981.
