We have completed our review of the Design Development Report for the City of Tybee
Island WWTP new aerobic digester project. This project consists of installing a new 65-ft
diameter digester tank with three 75-HP blowers to help treat and oxidize the sludge for the next
step of dewatering and landfill disposal of the biosolids. We hereby concur with the document.
