' Regular Meeting
DATE: December 6, 1976 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: Complete Board Present
Fresident Pottarff called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. with the
Pledge to the Flag. Roll call was taken. All members of the Board
were present.
G. Beahm made a motion to approve the minutes of the November 1st, 8th and
15th meetings as printed. Seconded by J. King. Motion declared carried.
J. King made a motion to approve payment of current invoices except
Plainfield Auto Parts and Village Auto Service until clarified. Seconded by
G. Ansley. Vote by roll call: Beahm, aye; Robinson, aye, Ansley, aye;
King, aye; Selfridge, aye. Five ayes, no nays. Motion declared carried.
J. King was appointed to serve as Co-chairman on the Police Committee.
G. Beahm made a motion to pass a Resolution for Maintenance of Streets and
Highways By Municipality Under the Illinois Highway Cade to appropriate
$6,000.00 of Motor Fuel Tax funds to maintain streets. Seconded by
J. King. Potion declared carried.
On motion meeting adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
