Special Meeting
DATE: October 7, 1976 AT: Village Ha11
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: Complete Board Present.
President Pottorff called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. with the Pledge
to the Flag. Roll call was taken. All members of the Board weare px'esent.
G. Ansley made a motion to authorize the issuance of Voucher No. 2, Whispering
Creek Special Assessment. No. 1 in the amount of $12,471.69 payable to Walter „,.
E. Deuchler Associates. Seconded by J. King. Vote by roll call: Beahm, aye;
Robinson, aye; Ansley, aye; King, aye; Selfridge, aye. Five ayes, no nays.
Motion carried.
L. Robinson made a motion to authorize the issuance of Voucher No. 2, Whispering
Creek Special Assessment No. 1 in the amount of $1,967.89 payable to Walter E.
Deuchler Associates.' Seconded by G. Beahm. Vote by roll call: Beahm, aye;
Robinson, aye; Anlley, aye; King, aye; Selfridge, aye. Five ayes, no nays.
Motion carried.
L. Robinson made a motion to authorize the issuance of Voucher Na. 2, Whispering
Creek Special Assessment No. 2 in the amount of $19,887.13 payable to Walter E.
Deuchler Associates'. Seconded by G. Beahm. Vote by roll call: Beahm, aye;
Robinson, aye; Ansley, aye; King', aye; Selfridge. aye. Five ayes, no nays.

G. Ansley made a motion to authorize the issuance of Voucher No. 2, Whispering
Creek Special Assessment No. 1 in the amount of $33,989.33 payable to Bada
Construction Company, Tnc. Seconded by L. Robinson. Vote by roll call:
Beahm, aye; Robinson, aye; Ansley, aye; King, aye; Selfaridge, aye. Five ayes,
no nays.. Motion carried.
G. Beahm made a motion to authorize the issuance of Voucher No. 2, Whispering
Creek Special Assessment No. Z in the amount of $51,063.75 payable to Bada
Construction Company, Tnc. Seconded by J. King. Vote by roll call: Beahm,
aye; Robinson, aye; Ansley,, aye; King, aye; Selfridge, aye. Five ayes, no nays.
Motion carried.
R. Selfridge made a motion to authorize the issuance of Voucher No. 2, Whispering
Creek Special Assessment No. 1 in the amount of $1,112.50 payable to Miller
Enterprises. Seconded by J. King. Vote by tall call: Beahm, aye; Robinson, aye;
Ansley, aye; King, aye; Selfridge, aye. Five ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
