Regular Meeting
DATE: September 13, 1976 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: G. Beahm, G. Ansley, J. King. R. Selfridge, I:..,Rabinson,
Trustees, were present. President C. Pottorff was absent.
President Pro-tem L. Robinson called the meeting to order at $:LO p.m.
.T-~.__King.made a motion to approve minutes of the August 2, August 5, August 9
and August 12 meetings as printed. Seconded by G. Beahm. Motion declared
carried.
G. Ansley made a motion to approve payment of current invoices. Seconded by
R. Selfridge. Vote by roll call: Beahm, aye; Ansley, aye; King, aye; Selfridge,
aye; President Pro-tem Robinson, aye. five ayes, no nays. Motion declared
carried.
G. Beahm made a motion to pass Resolution No. 766, "A Resolution Authorizing
Acceptance of Assignment of Construction Contract For Whispering Creek
Special Assessment Number 1".Seconded by G. Ansley. Vote by roll call:
Beahm, aye; Ansley, aye; King, aye; President Pro-tem Robinson, aye. Five ayes,
no nays. Motion declared carried.

R. Selfridge made a motion to pass Resolution No. 767, "A Resolution Authorizing
the Issuance of Voucher Number 1 of Whispering Creek Special Assessment Number 1
Of The Village Of Plainfield". Seconded by G. Beahm. Vote by tall call:
Beahm, aye; Ansley, aye; King, aye; Selfridge, aye; President Pro-tem Robinson, aye.
Five ayes, no nays. Motion declared carried.
G. Ansley made a motion to pass Resolution No. 768, "A Resolution Authorizing
Acceptance of Assignment Of Construcitan Contract For Whispering Creek Special
Assessment Number 2". Seconded by G. Beahm. Vote by roll call: Beahm, aye;
Ansley, aye; King, aye; Selfridge, aye; President Pro-tem Robinson, aye. Five
ayes, no nays. Motion declared carried.
J. King made a motion to pass Resolution No. 769, "A Resolution Authorizing
The Issuance Of Voucher Number 1 of Whispering Creek Special Assessment Number
2 Of The Village Of Plainfield". Seconded by R. Selfridge. Vote by roll call:

aye. Five ayes, no nays. Motion declared carried.
G. Ansley made a motion to pass Ordinance No. $74, "An Ordinance Exchanging
Interests In Real Estate", Chapter 1, Article 5, Section 5-2-1 of the Code of
Ordinances of the Village of Plainfield. Seconded by G. Beahm. Vote by roll
call: Beahm, aye; Ansley, aye; King, aye; Selfridge, aye; President Pra-tem

Case No. 39-42776 B-4 Highway Business District: Action was tabled until
September 20th Board meeting.
Case No, 38-42776AZ - Rezoning Route 59 and Roberts Avenue was tabled until
September 20th. Board meeting.
Board requested a special meeting for Monday, September 27 for Building permit
fees and Electrical Commission.
Henry Boesch, Jr. spoke briefly on Wastewater Needs Analysis for the Plainfield
facilities planning area.
J. King made a:motion to request Police Department give a break down on all
speeding tickets issued on a monthly basis. Seconded by G. Beahm. Motion declared
carried.
R. Selfridge made a motion to pass Resolution No. 770, "A Resolution Authorizing
Execution of an Easement Agreement of Commonwealth Edison Company". Seconded by
J. King. Vote by roll call: Beahm, aye; Ansley, aye; King, aye; Selfridge, aye;
President Pro-tem Robinson, aye. Five ayes, no nays. Motion declared carried, .-.
Action, was tabled on Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund until next meeting.
