P•LAINFIELD VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING
Special Meeting
DATE: August 9, 1976 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: C. Pottorff, President, G. Beahm, G. Ansley,
. J. King R. Selfridge, Trustees were present.
Trustee, L. Robinson was absent.
President Pottorff called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. with the
Pledge to the Flag. Roll call was taken. Trustee L. Robinson was absent.
G. Beahm made a motion to authorize the expenditure of $1,100.00 for an
A-3 road on Hazelcrest Drive. Seconded by J. King. Vote by roll call:
Beahm, aye; Ansley, aye; King, aye; Selfridge, aye. Four ayes, no nays.
Motion carried.
G. Ansley made a motion to authorize Village Engineer write a letter to
EPA reporting action by Board on flow meter-recorder deficiency. Seconded
by G. Beahm. Motion carried.
On motion by G. Ansley meeting adjourned to Board of Local Improvements
meeting to reconvene at a later hour. Seconded by G. Beahm. Motion carried.
President Pottorff reopened the meeting at 8:20 p.m.
There was considerable discussion relative to the new Municipal Building.
Meeting adjourned at 8:34 "p .m.
