PLAINFIELD VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING
Special Meeting
DATE: Apri1.7, 1976 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OP' BOARD PRESENT: ALL MEMBERS WERE PRESENT
Mayor Pottorff opened the meeting at 5:40 p.m. Roll call was taken.
All members of the Board were present.
R. Selfridge made a motion that May 14 and 15 be set as Spring
Clean-up Days in the Village. Seconded by G. Ansley. Motion carried.
G. Beahm made a motion to pass Resolution No. 7G3, A Resolution
Declaring Intent To Use Village Property For Roadway Purposes.
Seconded by S. Judy. Vote by roll call: Beahm, aye; Robinson, aye;
Ansley, aye; Judy, aye; Selfridge, aye. Five ayes, no nays.
Motion carried.
On motion meeting adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
