PLAINFIELD VILLAGE BOARD OI' TRUSTEES MEETING
Special Meeting
DATE: March 10, 197b AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: G. Beahm, L. Robinson, G. Ansley, S. Judy,
R. Selfridge, Trustees were present. President
Pattorff was absent.
In the absence of President Pottorff, Trustee R. Selfridge was appointed
President Pra-tem.
The fallowing items were discussed and acted upon:
Dedication Placque: Names of Village Clerk and Treasurer to be added.
Interior design to be coordinated by Geotech on hourly basis. Selection
of interior furnishings to be done in conjunction with Ray Brooks,
~', Carpet Castle. Geotech will work with Clerk, Police Chief and Board
in design of taunters and storage and meeting room rostrum.
Kitchenette and billing machine locations.approved. The prase anal
manufacturer on Kitchenette Geotech is to obtain.
Interior perimeter drain approved.
Door from Polite Office to unassigned space to be added.
Phone system package yet to be determined by Board.
