Roll call was taken. All members of the Board were present. Board members reviewed the Liquor Ordinance. R. Selfridge made a motion to have attorney draft a new liquor Ordinance including the limit of number of licenses for review at next Board meeting. Seconded by L. Robinson. Motion carried. The Treasurer's Report was submitted. Planning Commission reports were submitted. G. Ansley made a motion to pass Ordinance No. 830, "An Ordinance Annexing the Fumping Station Eraperty an 1.35th :Street", Chapter 7, Article 8, Section 8-42-1-3 of the Codification of Ordinances. Seconded by L. Robinson. Vote by roll call: Beahm, aye; Robinson, aye, Ansley, aye, Judy aye, Selfridge, aye. Five ayes, no nays. Motion carried. Amendment to Zoning Ordinance No. 674, G, Beahm made a motion to pass Ordinance No. 831,/ Rezoning of Pumping Station Froperty on 135th Street from Residence A to I-1, Chapter 8, Article 7 Section 7-29-1 thru 7-29-3 of the Codification of Ordinances. Selfridge made a motion to pass Ordinance No. 843, "An Ordinance Changing Front Yard Set Backs in I-1 Districts from Seventy-five (75) Feet to Fifty (50) Feet", Chapter 8, Article 6, Section 6-25 of the Codification of Ordinances. Judy made a motion to accept the recommendation of the Plan Commission to rezone the property of John Weitendorf from Residence A to B-2 District. (301 Main Street). It is to be noted the Attorney for the petitioner consented to B-2 zoning instead of original request for B-3 zoning. Seconded by G. Beahm.
