Special Meeting
DATE: November 21, 1975 AT: Village Hall
NUMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT:. Complete Board Present
President Pottorff called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. with the
Pledge to the Flag. Rvll call was taken. All members of the Board
were present. In the absence of the Village Clerk, C. Jennings, Treasurer,
was elected Clerk Pro-tem.
R. Selfridge made a motion to approve the location of the building
on the site. Seconded by G. Ansley. Vote by roll call: Beahm, aye;
Robinson, aye; Ansley, aye; .7udy, aye; Selfridge, aye. Five ayes, no
nays.. Motion carried.
G. Ansley made a motion to approve the change order with credits in the
amount of $1,708.00 and authorize President and Clerk to sign. Seconded
by L. Robinson. Vote by roll call: Beahm, aye; Robinson, aye; Ansley, aye;
Judy, aye; Selfridge, aye. Five ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
On motion meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
