Regular Meeting
DATE: November 17, 1975 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: Complete Board Present
President Pottorff called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. with the
Pledge to the Flag. Roll call was taken. All members of the Baard
were present.
Treasurer's Report far the last fiscal year ending June 30, 1975 was
submitted.
R. Selfridge made a motion to pass a Resolution accepting the donation
of 7.6 acres of property on Route 959 from Mr. & Mrs. Charles Stansberry.
Seconded by S. Judy. Vote by roll call: Beahm, aye; Robinson, aye; Ansley,
aye; Judy, aye; Selfridge, aye. Five ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
L. Robinson made a motion to pass a Resalutian to approve the contract
with Graphic Designs, Tnc. for construction of the Municipal Building
on the Stansberry site and approve the change ,order. Seconded by G. Beahm.
Vote by roll call: Beahm, aye; Robinson, aye; Ansley, aye; Judy, aye;
Selfridge, aye. Five ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
G. Beahm made a motion to pass a Resolution authorizing negotiation of the
termination of leases an Stansberry property with Gregg Nitz and Robert
Corletti as soon as possible and pass a Resolution authorizing John Green
to terminate his tanancy as soon as possible and to negotiate with Richard
Harms. Seconded by L. Robinson. Vote by roll call: Beahm, aye; Robinson,
aye; Ansley, aye; Judy, aye; Selfridge, aye. Five ayes, no nays. Motion
carried.
Tt was agreed to have a special meeting Friday at 7:00 p.m. at the Village
Hall to approve corrected design plans for the new Municipal Building
and sign a change order with the contractor.
S. Judy made a recommendation to appoint Melvin Lantz a Sergeant on the
Police Department.

The resignation of Irving Johnson from the Plan Commission was read.
R. Selfridge made a motion to have clerk send letters to the local civic
groups requesting they write Senators Percy and Stevenson requesting
the continuation of Revenue Sharing.
On motion meeting adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
