PLAINFTELD VTLLAGE BOARD OF 'TRUSTEES MEETING
Special Meeting
,DATE: November 11, 1975 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: Complete Board Present
President Pottorff called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m, with
the Pledge to the T'lag. Roll call was taken. All members of the
Board were present.
G. Beahm made a matian to accept Charles Stansberry's offer donating
7.6 acres on Route 459 as .a .site fort the .new .Municipal Building with
the stipulation a roadway be extended back 250 feet to the west.
Seconded by G. Ansley. Vote by roll call: Beahm, aye; Robinson, aye;
Ansley, aye; Judy, nay; Selfridge, pass; Pottorff, aye. Four ayes,
one nay, one pass. Motion carried.
L. Robinson made a motion the Village Attorney and Mr, Stansberry meet to
negotiate for the transaction. Seconded by G. Beahm. Vote by roll call:
Beahm, aye; Robinson, aye; Ansley, aye; Judy, nay; Selfridge, aye;
B'our ayes, one nay. Marian carried.
R. Selfridge made a motion fo re-advertise for sale of police station
and old sewer plant properties. Seconded by G. Ansley. Vote by roll
call: Beahm, aye; Robinson, aye; Ansley, aye; Judy, aye; Selfridge, aye.
Five ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
On motion meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m,
