Regular Meeting
DATE: November 7, 1975 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: Complete Board Present
President Pottorff called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m, with the
Pledge to the Flag. Roll call was taken. All members of the Board
were present.
R, Selfridge made a .motion. to approve minutes of the .October meetings
as printed. Seconded by G. Ansley. Motion carried.
L. Robinson made a motion to approve the current invoices for payment.
Seconded by G. Beahm. Vote by roll ca11. All ayes, no nays. Motion
carried.
G. Beahm-made a motion to advertise three Village vehicles for sale,
which no longer are of use to the Village (2 water & sewer trucks and
a civil defense step van). Seconded by L. Robinson. Vote by roll call.
All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
L. Robinson made a motion to have Tom Mefferd apply for civil defense
federal funds for phones and office. Seconded by G. Ansley. Motion
carried.
G. Beahm made a motion to advertise for bids for a new pick-up truck
for the Water & Sewer Department. Seconded by L. Robinson. Motion
carried.
S. Judy made a motion that an objection be filed with the County Clerk
on Frieders' property rezoning. Seconded by G. Beahm. Vote by roll
call: Beahm, aye; Robinson, aye; Ansley, aye; Judy, aye; Selfridge, pass;
Pottorff, aye. Five ayes, 1 pass. Motion carried.
G. Ansley made a motion to accept Plan Commission Report. Seconded by
L. Robinson. Motion carried.
R. Sel~r~dge ma.de_:a:.mation to accept recommendation o.f P.lan Commission
to apgrove,Unit~Il of Millrace Village. Seconded by G. Ansley. Vote by
roll call. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
