Special Meeting
DATE: Octobex' 29, 1975 AT: Village Ha11
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: Complete Board Present
President Pottorff called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. with
the Pledge to the Flag. Roll call was taken. All members of the
Board were present. In the absence of the Village Clerk, S. Judy
was duly elected Clerk Fro-tem.
5, Judy made a motion to have the architect draw up new plans as a
result of the site change, Seconded by L. Taylor. Vote by roll call:
Robinson, aye; Beahm, aye; Ansley, aye; Taylor, aye; Judy, aye;
Selfridge, aye. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
L. Taylor made a motion to have Graphic Designs, Inc. negotiate the
change order with a period not to exceed 10 business days from date
of signing contract changing site from Illinois Street to James Street.
Seconded by G, Beahm. Vote by roll .call: Beahm, aye; Robinson, aye;
Ansley, aye; Taylor, aye; Judy, aye; Selfridge, aye. A11 ayes, no nays.
Motion carried.
On motion meeting adjourned.
