Regular Meeting
DATE: October 7, 1975 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: C. Pottorff, President, L. Robinson, G. Beahm,
L. Taylor, S. Judy, R. Selfridge, Trustees were
present. Trustee, G. Ansley was absent.
President Pottorff called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. with the Pledge
to the Flag. Roll call was taken. Trustee, G. Ansley was absent.
Minutes of the previous meetings were approved as printed on motion by
L. Taylor, seconded by G. Beahm. Motion carried.
L. Taylor made a motion to approve payment of the current invoices. Seconded
by S. Judy. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
The $oard named .Allen Mauer, Richard Selfridge, and Guy Beahm as delegates to
the Goals and Objectives Conference. Lorin Robinson was named as an alternate.
The Plan Commission Report was read. L. Taylor made a motion to accept the
report. Seconded by L. Robinson. Motion carried.
Action on the Plan Commission Report was tabled until the next Board meeting.
Meeting adjourned to meet with the Plainfield School Board.
