Regular Meeting
DATE: September 15, 1975
AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: Complete Board present
President Pottorff called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. with the
Pledge to the Flag. Roll call was taken.. All members of the Board
were present.
R. Selfridge made a motion to approve the Treasurer's Report. Seconded
by .G. Ansley. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
Employees salaries were reviewed. L..,:Robinsan and G. Beahm recommended
a 10% raise be given to the Village employees. S. Judy made a motion to
grant a 10% raise across the Board on recommendation of Robinson and Beahm.
Raise to be retroactive to July 1, 1975. Seconded by L. Taylor. Vote by
roll call: Beahm, aye; Robinson, aye; Ansley, nay; Taylor, aye; Judy, aye;
Selfridge, nay. Motion carried.
L. Taylor made a motion to pass Resolution No. 761, executing Contract
with R. Bada and L. Bertani and accepting Letter of Credit in the amount
of $10,000.00. Seconded by S. Judy. All ayes, na nays. Motion carried.
L. Taylor made a motion to pass Ordinance No. 814, "An Ordinance Directing
the Offering of Municipally Owned Real Property for Sale by Public Bid
(Police Station), Chapter .7, Article 8 Section $-36 of the Codification of
Ordinances. Seconded by G. Beahm. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
L. Taylor made a motion to pass Ordinance No. 815, "An Ordinance Directing
the Offering of Municipally Owned Real Property for Sale by Public Bid
(Old Sewer Plant), Chapter 7, Article 8, Section $-37 of the Codification
of Ordinances. Seconded by G. Beahm. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
