Regular Meeting
BATE: September 8, 1975 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: Complete Board present
President Pottorff called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. with the
Pledge to the Flag. Ro11 call was taken. All members of the Board
were present.
Minutes of the previous meetings were approved as printed on motion by
G. Beahm, seconded by L. Robinson. A11 ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
G. Ansley made a iuotion to approve the current invoices for payment. Seconded
by G. Beahm. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
L. Taylor made a motion to accept bid of Gast International for purchase of
1975 Cub LoBoy at $2,000.00 with discount for trade in. Seconded by S. Judy.
A11 ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
L. Taylor made a motion to purchase a fecal:.coliform with the approval. of
the Village Engineer for the sewer plant. Seconded by S. Judy. All ayes,
no nays. Motion carried.
Action on.th.e Northeast Sanitary Sewer was tabled until next Board meeting.
R. Selfridge made a motion to accept Plan Commission Report. Seconded by
G. Ansley. Motion carried.
L. Taylor made a motion to accept recommendation of Plan Commission to
approve preliminary and final plats of Allen Mauer, developer of Millrace
Village. Seconded by G. Beahm. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
S. Judy made a motion to approve C. Dunlap attending a planning seminar
at a cost of $360.00. Seconded by L. Taylor. Motion carried.
