Special Meeting
DATE: August 25, 1975 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OP BOARD PRESENT: C. Pottarff, President, L. Robinson, G. $eahm,
G. Ansley, S. Judy, R. Selfridge, Trustees
were present. Trustee, L. Taylor was absent.
President Pottorff called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. with the
Pledge to the Flag. Roll call was taken. Trustee, L. Taylor was absent.
Final plat of Lily Cache Acres, Unit 11 was presented by John Leach,
Developer. S. Judy made a matian to approve the final plat of Unit 11,
Lily Cache Acres. Seconded by G. Beahm. All ayes, no nays. Motion
carried.
The proposed Housing Maintenance Ordinance draft was discussed. Action
was tabled for further study.
G. Beahm made a motion to give Village Attorney. authority to have old
sewer plant property and police station property surveyed. Seconded by
L. Robinson. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
The Baard gave the Architect authority to contact the low bidder for the
riew Municipal Building, Graphic Designs,. Inc., and ask far a thirty day
extension on the contract.
L. Robinson made a motion to pass Ordinance No. 813, "An Ordinance for the
Levying and Assessing of Taxes for the Current Fiscal Year of the Village
of Plainfield, Will County, Illinois Beginning July 1, 1975", Chapter 11,
Article III, Section 3-16 of the Codification of Ordinances. Seconded by
G. Beahm. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
On motion meeting adjourned.
