PLAINI'IELD VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING
Regular Meeting
DATE: August 1$, 1975 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: C. Pottorff, President, L. Robinson, G. Beahm,
S. Judy, R. Selfridge, Trustees were present.
Trustees, G. Ansley and L. Taylor were absent.
President Pottorff called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. with the
Pledge to the Flag. Roll call was taken. Trustees, G. Ansley and L. Taylor
were absent.
R. Selfridge made a motion to accept the Treasurer's Report. Seconded by
G. Beahm. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
R. Selfridge made a motion to approve the hiring of Ms. Pat McKenna to
assist Carol Dunlap, Village Planner, at the rate of $2,50 per hour.
Seconded by G. Beahm. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
Several members of the Library Board were present to announce future plans
of the Library, which would be of interest to the Village.
Village Engineer submitted proposed plans for sanitary sewer extensions
for northeast area of Plainfield.
Extension of water line to A. Mauer property was discussed. Action was
tabled until next Board meeting.
Final plat approval of Unit 11, Lily Cache Acres was tabled until next
Board meeting.
Meeting adjourned.
