Robinson, G. Beahm, G. Ansley, L. Taylor, S. Judy, Trustees were present. Trustee, R. Selfridge was absent. President Pottorff called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. with the Pledge to the Flag. Roll call was taken. Trustee, R. Selfridge was absent. G. Ansley made a motion to approve the previous meetings minutes. Seconded by L. Robinson. Motion carried. G. Ansley made a motion to approve the Treasurer's Report. Seconded by G. Beahm. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried. L. Taylor made a motion to approve current invoices for payment. Seconded by G. Ansley. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried. Village Clerk opened and read the following bids for the proposed new Municipal Building: Carl W. Linder 211,927.00 William Callaghan 202,076.00 Grafic Designs, Inc. 186,491.00 Arrow Construction 211,017..00 A. Kopecky & Sons 195,000.00 Modern Builders 241,470.00 Tony Tomich & Son, Inc. 202,300.00 L. Robinson made a motion to refer the four lowest bids to the Architect for review and return remaining three Bid Bonds to bidders. Architect is to report back to Board. Seconded by G. Beahm. Motion carried. L. Taylor made a motion to have Village Attorney proceed with negotiations regarding sanitary sewer on Route 126 & Route X130. Seconded by S. Judy. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried. - 2 - VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING August 4, 1975 G. Ansley made a motion to accept Plan Commission Report. Seconded by L. Taylor. Motion carried. L. Taylor made a motion to accept recommendation of Plan Commission to rezone property at 209 Amboy Street from Res. A to Res. A-2. Seconded by G. Beahm, Date by tall call: Robl.nsan, aye; Beahm, aye; Ansley, aye; Taylor, aye; Judy, nay. Motion carried. L. Taylor made a motion to pass Ordinance No. 811, "An Ordinance Annexing the South Partian of the Plainfield Township Cemetery", Chapter 7, Article 8, Section 8-35 -1 - Section 8-35-5 of the Codification of Ordinances. Seconded by 5. Judy. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried. It was agreed to hold a Special Meeting, Monday, August 25 on the proposed Housing Maintenance Ordinance. This is to be a Public Hearing. L. Taylor made a motion to pass Resolution No. 760, "A Resolution Authorizing Distribution of Escrow REsidue in Regard to Route 59 Interceptor Sewer". Seconded by G. Beahm. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried. ~' G. Ansley made a motion to give Village Attorney authority to advertise to sell old sewer plant property. Seconded by L. Taylor. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
