MEMBERS. OF BOARD PRESENT: C. Pottorff, President, G, Ansley, L.. Taylor,
5. Judy, R. Selfridge, Trustees were present.
Trustees, G. Beahm, L. Robinson were absent.
P:resi.dent Pottorff called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Roll call was
taken. Trustees, G. Beahm and L. Robinson were absent.
L. Taylor made a motion to pass Ordinance No. 808, Chapter b, Article 3,
Section 3-1-6 of the Codification of Ordinances, "An Ordinance Amending
Charges and Rates for the Use and Service of the Combined Waterworks and
Sewerage System of the Village of Plainfield". Seconded by S. Judy.
All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
L. Taylor made a motion to pass Ordinance No. $09, Chapter 8, Article 7,
Section 7-25 of the Codification of Ordinances, rezoning of property at
Route 126 and Center Street from I--1 to A--4. Seconded by S. Judy. All
ayes, no nays. Motion carried. (Common address: Southeast Corner).
R. Selfridge made a motion to pass Ordinance No. 810, Chapter 7, Article 3,
Section 3-13-5 of the Codification of Ordinances, "An Ordinance Amending
the Subdivision Regulations of the Village of Plainfield. Seconded by
L. Taylor. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
S. Judy made a motion to authorize the Engineer to make a study of sanitary
sewer from the Klomhaus property up Naperville Road to Mauer property then
over to Main Street to Sather-D'Arcy property. Seconded by L. Taylor. Motion
carried.
Gene Gordon, Village Engineer submitted proposed easements for sanitary sewer
extension along Route 4'126 and Route 30. L. Taylor made a motion to have
Village Attorney contact Cliffton and Louise Brown, Mary Wood and Oak Park
National Bank Trust 448672 regarding same. Seconded by S. Judy. Motion carried.
