Special Meeting

MEMBERS OF BOARb PRESENT: G. Beahm, L. Robinson, G. Ansley, L. Taylor,
S. .Tudy, R. Selfridge, Trustees were present.
President Pottorff was absent.
President Pro-tem L. Taylor called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
with the Pledge to the Flag. Roll call was taken. President Pottorff was
absent.
Dave Lindquist, Architect, was present with final prints prior to discussion
of presenting invitation to bid.
L. Robinson made a motion to advertise for bids on the new Municipal Building
as outlined on "Invitation to Bid". Seconded by G. Beahm. Vote by roll call:
Beahm, aye; Robinson, aye; Ansley, aye; Taylor, nay; Judy, pass; Selfridge, aye.
Motion carried.
On motion meeting adjourned.
