Special Meting
DATE: June 12, 1975 ,AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: G, Beahm, L. Robinson, G. Ansley, L. Taylor,
S. Judy, Trustees were present. President
Pottorff and Trustee R, Selfridge were absent.
President Pro-tem L, Taylor called the meeting to order with. the Pledge to
the Flag. Roll call was taken. President Pottorff and Trustee R. Selfridge
were absent.
Carol Dunlap, Planning Technician, reviewed last year"s accomplishments under
the Comprehensive Plan grant. She interpreted goals for the coming year if
contract is renewed.
Dave Lauger, Department of Local Government Affairs,discussed grants available
and answered questions from the floor.
Thomas Murphy, Executive Director, Will County Regional Planning Commission
was present and outlined new maps available thru the County and explained
invoicing procedures pertinent to grants.
On motion meeting adjourned.
