Regular Meeting
DATE: June 2, 1975
AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: Complete Board present.
President Pottorff opened the meeting at 7:30 p.m. with the Pledge to
the Flag. Roll call was taken. All members of the Board were present.
G. Beahm made a motion to approve the minutes of the previous meetings.
Seconded by G. Ansley. Motion carried.
G. Ansley made a motion to approve the current bills for payment.
Seconded by S. Judy. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
R. Selfridge made a motion to pass a Resolution whereby the President
and Clerk enter into an Agreement with Geotech, Inc. as architects far
the new Municipal Building. Seconded by G. Ansley. Vote by roll'call:~
Beam, aye;'Robinsan, aye; Ansley, aye; Taylor, aye; Judy, pass; Selfridge, aye.
Motion carried.
The one and only bid for the Spring Clean-up"was read. A~Way Disposal
Service was the bidder at a cost of $2,300.00. Steve Judy made a motion
to accept A-Way's bid at $2,300.00 with the fallowing stipulations: that
they include alley pick-up as in the past and set the pick-up day, Friday
June 20 with Saturday as a follow-up day if not completed in the one day.
Seconded by L. Taylor. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
G. Ansley made a motion to pass Ordinance Na.805, entitled, "Fees for Petition
for Annexation, Zoning Variations, Zoning Changes and Zoning Appeals",
Chapter 8, Article 5, Section 5-1 thru 5-9 of the Codification of Ordinances.
Seconded by by L. Taylor. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
R. Selfridge made a motion to pass Ordinance No. 806, entitled,"An Ordinance
Amending Chapter 7, Article 10, Sections 10-1 thru 10-14 of the Codification
of Ordinances!'. Seconded by G. Beahm. All ayes, na nays. Motion carried.
President Pro-tem, LeRoy Taylor conducted the remainder of the meeting in the
absence of President Pottorff.
Action on water & sewer rates was tabled until next Board meeting.
It was agreed to hold a special Board meeting Thursday, June 12 to consider
Plan budget.

It was agreed by the Soard for L. Taylor to be the representative
for the Goals and Objectives Committee Conference.
