Regular Meeting
DATE: May 5, 1975 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: C. Pottorff, President, G. Beahm, L. Robinson,
G. Ansley, L. Taylor, R. Selfridge, Trustees
were present. Trustee, S. Judy was absent.
President Pattorff opened the meeting at 7:30 p.m. with the Pledge to the
Flag. Roll call was taken. Trustee S. Judy was absent.
R. Selfridge made a motion to approve minutes of previous meetings as
printed. Seconded by G. Beahm. Motion carried.
L. Taylor made a motion to approve the current invoices for payment.
Seconded by G. Ansley. All ayes, no nays. Madan carried.
Concerned citizens from Highview Court were present requesting something
be done to aleviate bleeding of street since street .maintenance work was
' done. Contractor Bill Kurkamp agreed to send a crew out and remedy the

situation.
The Plan Commission report was submitted. R. Selfridge made a motion to
accept the report. Seconded by G. Ansley. Motion carried.
G. Ansley made a motion to approve Plan Commission recommendation
apposing the rezoning petitioned for in Case No. 1921-s (County) and file
Resolution Na. 7S9 with the County Clerk and County Zoning Board of Appeals.
Seconded by L. Taylor. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
R. Selfridge made a motion to send letters to all the Township Taxing bodies
to obtain their intentions as to continuing the Comprehensive Plan for
another year. Seconded by G. Ansley. Motion carried.
On motion, meeting adjourned..
