The following items were discussed and agreed upon. Please notify us if any
discrepancies exist.
NOTES: Landscaping to be handled by Board under separate contract.
Review manufacturer's names under 2.04 F. Division 15,
Pella windows, aluminum clad approved.
Check door and frames.
Provide lock far clerk's office.
Geotech to contact village attorney again regarding contract.
Revisions to Specifications:
Heating:
1. Delete humidifiers.
2. Provide belt drive far fan motors.
3. Provide 2" drain in basement vault for dehumidifier.
Plu_mb_i_n_ g:
1. Use copper rather than cast iron far drain outside building.
2, Use 1TM copper for water supply line.
3. Use all copper supply (no plastic).
4. Water meter not required (no fee).
5. Use vitreous china all lavatories.
6. Use fibreglass service sink.
7. Use 20 gal. (ar 30 gal. max.) hot water heater with 10 year
warranty.
8. Insulation not required an water supply.

9. Chlorination for cleaning system not required.
10. Provide smaller ejector with 20" diameter x 30" deep fiber-
glass tank.
11. 4" drain. required for basement toilet.
