Regular Meeting
DATE: April 7, 1975 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: C. Pottorff, President, H. Gehrke, G. Ansley,
L. Taylor, G. Taylor, R. Selfridge, Trustees
were present. Trustee, W. Rahn was absent.
President Pro-tem L. Taylor opened the meeting at 7.:30 p.m. with the Pledge
to the Flag. Roll Ball was taken. Trustee W. Rahn was absent. President
Pottorff arrived later following a previous engagement.
H. Gehrke made a motion to approve the minutes as printed. Seconded by G.
Ansley. Motion carried.
G. Ansley made a motion to approve Treasurer's report. Seconded by R.
Selfridge. Motion carried.
G. Ansley made a motion to approve current invoices for payment. Seconded
by R. Selfridge. Al.l ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
H. Gehrke made a motion to allow $100.00 budget for Northeastern 711inois
Planning Commission Residential Builders Siminar April 30 for those who
wish to attend. Seconded by L. Taylor. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
H. Gehrke made a motion to pass Ordinance No. 795, Subdivision Control
Ordinance,.. Chapter 7, Article 3, Section 3-1 -1 of the Codification of
Ordinances.
On motion.by H. Gehrke, Permit No. 10-75, 1:33 Joliet Road was turned down
per National Building Cade. Seconded by L. Taylor. All. ages, na-nays.
Motion carried..
R. Selfridge made a motion to accept the Plan Commission Report. Seconded
by G. Ansley. Motion carried.
H. Gehrke made a motion to accept Plan Commission recommendation to rezone
Bada property, 401 Illinois Street from Res. A to Res. A-1. Seconded by
L. Taylor. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.' ~~
L. Taylor made a motion to accept Plan Commission recommendation to rezone
Miller property, 707 Main Street from Res. A to Res. A-1. Seconded by
G. Ansley. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried. .
