PLAINFIELD VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING
Regular Meeting
DATE: March l7, 1975 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OI' BOARD PRESENT: Complete Board Present.
President Pro-tem L. Taylor opened the meeting at 7:30 p.m. with the Pledge
to the Flag. Roll call was taken. President Pottorff arrived later following
a speaking engagement.
R. Selfridge made a motion to approve minutes as corrected. Seconded by
G. Ansley. Motion carried.
G. Ansley made a motion to pay current invoices. Seconded by W. Rahn. All
ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
Discussion was held on Permit No. 10-75 for a pole type garage to be erected
at 133 Joliet Rd. Action was tabled until next Board meeting.
An Ordinance establishing fees for zonings, annexations, rezonings and appeals
was presented. Action was tabled until next Board meeting.
R. Selfridge made a motion to pay Blacktop Paving of Joliet final bill of
$26,227.09. Seconded by L. Taylor. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
L. Taylor made a motion to refer letters from Blacktop Paving of Joliet
to our attorney. Seconded by G. Taylor. Motion carried.
On motion meeting adjourned.
