PLAINFIELD VILLAGE EOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING
Regular Meeting
DATE: March 3, 1975. AT: village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: C. Pottorff, President, H. Gehrke, G. Ansley,
L. Taylor, G. Taylor, R. Selfridge, Trustees
were present. Trustee, W. Rahn was absent.
President Pottorff opened the meeting at 7:30 p.m. with the Pledge to the
Flag. Roll call was taken. Trustee, W. Rahn was absent.
H. Gehrke made a motion to purchase a Beckwith Motor Protection Relay
at a cost of $656.81 plus installation. Seconded by L. Taylor. Vote
by roll call: Gehrke, aye; Ansley, ayey L. Taylor, aye; G. Taylor, ay.e;.
Selfridge, abstain; Pottorff, aye. Motion carried.
L. Taylor made a motion to pay final bill to George D. Hardin, Tnc.
on Center Street storm sewer installation. Seconded by G. Ansley.
All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
L. Taylor made a motion to pass Resolution No. 754, a Resolution
authorizing acceptance of special conditions for a grant under the terms
of the Antipollution Band Act of 1970 of the State of Illinois. Seconded
by H. Gehrke. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
L. Taylor made a motion to pass Resolution No. 755, A Resolution Authorizing
the Village to accept the offer of the State of Illinois for a grant under
the Antipollution Bond Act of the State of Illinois. Seconded by H. Gehrke.
All ayes, na nays. Motion carried.
Motion by L. Taylor to pass Ordinance No. 794, an Ordinance setting the
regular municipal election, April 15, 1975, Chapter 1, Article 3, Section
3-1 of the Codification of Ordinances. Seconded by H. Gehrke. All ayes,
no nays. Motion carried.
