Regular Meeting
DATE: February 17, 1975 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: Complete Board present.
President Pottorff opened the meeting at 7:30 p.m. with the Pledge
to the Flag. Roll call was taken. All members of the Board were
present.
G. Ansley made a motion to approve the Treasurer's Report. Secanded by
L. Taylor. Motion carried.
It was agreed Mr. Erickson will take care of snow removal as in the past.
R. Selfridge made a motion for the President and Clerk to sign a Pre-
Annexation Agreement pertaining to the Smith property, U. S. Route x{30 and
143rd Street. Seconded by L. Taylor. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
L. Taylor made a motion to pass Ordinance No. 792, Annexation Ordinance,
Chapter 7, Article 8, Section $-27 of the Codification of Ordinances.
Seconded by H. Gehrke. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
L. Taylor made a motion to pass Ordinance No. 793, Rezoning Ordinance,
Chapter 8, Article 7, Section 7-22 of the Codification of Ordinances.
Seconded by W. Rahn. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
G. Ansley made a motion to pass Resolution Na. 7.52, Resolution indicating
the intent to participate with other local governments in the Northeastern
Illinois area in a joint planning process to develop and implement a plan
resulting in a coordinated waste treatment management system for the area.
Seconded by L. Taylor. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
H. Gehrke made a motion to pass Resolution No. 753, a Resolution
indicating eligibility for and authorizing application for National Flood
Insurance. Seconded by L. Taylor. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
Ken Ayola representing the Men of Brass Drum and Bugle Corps requested a
portion of Revenue Sharing money be donated for ,juvenile deliquency.
Action was tabled until the next Board meeting.
Joseph Thomas, representing Capitol Hill Investments, spoke briefly
indicating interst in developing the Graver Farm.
