FLAINFIELD VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING
Special Meeting
DATE: .February 12, 1975 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS Of' BOARD PRESENT:. Complete Board was present.
President Pottorff called meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. with Pledge to Flag.
Roll was taken -~ Complete Baord was present.
Dave Lindquist, architect was present and discussed the following items 'r.e,latiive
to the new Municipal Building:
1.Building Site Plan:
Building location OK.
Move transformer to rear and add parking space.
Provide space at rear island for emergency generator and police
communications antenna.
2. Building Plan:
Add glass partition and door to define office for Helen.
Move vault door to center north wall.
3. Plumbing Plan:
Decrease storm sewer line in basement to 4" round.
Decrease sump pump to 1~ in.
Insulate roof drain piping.
4. Electrical Plan:
No design required naw for emergency power.
Provide capped 4 in. sleeve at Mechanical Room for conductors
from generator.
Provide generous outlets; no floor outlets.
5. Liquidated damages clause not required.
6. Tests paid far by Owner.
7. Bank run gravel anticipated during excavation which should be used
for backfill. Fire department will water backfill far compaction.
8. Furnaces will be gas fired.
9, Asphalt paving and finish landscaping will be installed later by
Village.
