PLAINFIELD VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING
Regular Meeting
DATE: February 3, 1975 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OI' BOARD PRESENT: C. Pottorff, President, G. Ansley, L. Taylor,
R. Selfridge, Trustees were present. Trustees
W. Rahn, H. Gehrke and G. Taylor were absent.
President Pottorff opened the meeting at 7:30 p.m. with the Pledge to the
Flag. Roll call was taken. Trustees, W. Rahn,H. Gehrke and G. Taylor were
absent.
On motion by L. Taylor, the minutes of the previous meetings were approved as
printed. Seconded by R. Selfridge. Motion carried.
G. Ansley made a motion to pay the current invoices. Seconded by L. Taylor.
All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
Decision an Richard Chabar's proposal for snow removal was tabled until next
meeting.
Ann Duker representing the Governor's task force on flood control outlined the
program for flotid..insurance and applications for such.
Plan Commission report was read. R. Selfridge made a motion to accept the report.
Seconded by L. Taylor. Motion carried.
G. Ansley made a motion to table any action on the recommendations in the report
