Regular Meeting
DATE: January Z0, 1975 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: H. Gehrke, G. Ansley, L. Taylor, R. Selfridge,
Trustees were present. Village President Pottorff,
W. Rahn and G. Taylor, Trustees were absent.
Trustee, L. Taylor opened the meeting at 7:30 p.m. with the Pledge to the
Flag. Roll call was taken. President Pottorff, W. Rahn and G. Taylor, Trustees
were absent.
H. Gehrke made a motion to approve the Treasurers Report. Seconded by
G. Ansley. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
Richard Chobar presented his proposal .f or snow removal for 1975. He is asking
for a $2,500.00 retainer fee. The Board will have a decision made by next
Board meeting.
The draft of proposed revised Subdivision. Ordinance was presented. Action was
tabled until next Board meeting.
On motion meeting adjourned.
