PLATNFTELD VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING
Regular Meeting
DATE: January 6, 1975 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT:. C. Pottorff, President, H. Gehrke, G. Ansley,
L. Taylor, G. Taylor, R. Selfridge, Trustees
were present. Trustee W. Rahn was absent.
President Pottorff opened the meeting at 7:30 p.m. with the Pledge to
the Flag. Roll call was taken. Trustee, W. Rahn was absent.
On motion by G. Ansley, the minutes of the previous meeting were approved
as printed, Seconded by L. Taylor. Motion carried,
R. Selfridge made a motion to pay the current invoices. Seconded by L. Taylor.
All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
L. Taylor made a motion to have the Village Attorney obtain all legal
descriptions and survey of property for new municipal building site, Seconded
by G. Taylor. Motion carried.
L. Taylor made a motion to approve Section 208, Federal Water Pollution Control
Act, Seconded by G. Ansley. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
R. Selfridge made a motion to approve revised zoning applications with outline
of procedures. Seconded by H. Gehrke. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
L. Taylor made a motion. to adopt Resolution far Motor Fuel Tax Funds in the
amount of $6,500.00 for snow removal. Seconded by G. Taylor. All ayes, no nays.Cax'ried:
H. Gehrks made a motion to have Ordinance Book 461 preserved. Seconded by
L. Taylor. Motion carried.
L. Taylor made a motion to have Claude Jennings purchase a typerwiter far the
Police Department. Seconded by G. Taylor. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
On motion meeting adjourned to an Executive Session.
