'PLAINFIELD VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING
Regular Meeting
DATE: November 18, 197 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: C. Pottorff, President, H. Gehrke, G. Ansley,
L. Taylor, G. Taylor, R. Selfridge, Trustees
were present. Trustee W. Rahn was absent.
President Pottorff opened the meeting at 7:30 p.m. with the Pledge to
the Flag. Roll ca11 was taken. Trustee, W. Rahn was absent.
G. Ansley made a motion to approve the Treasurer's Report. Seconded by
L. Taylor. All ayes, Na nays. Motion car~i~d.
H. Gehrke made a motion to pass a resolution to request $10,000.00 Motor
Fuel Tax money. Seconded by L. Taylor. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
H. Gehrke made a motion to apply for $6,500,00 Motor Fuel Tax money for snow
removal. Seconded by L. Taylor. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
Art Myren, Northeastern Illinois Planning Commission, was present to discuss
water and sewer waste water drain-off planning.
L. Taylor made a motion to approve Unit ll, Lily Cache Acres, John Leach,
developer. Seconded by G. Taylor. Motion carried.
Board adjourned to an Executive Session on motion by R. Selfridge, seconded
by G. Taylox.
