Regular Meeting

1~1EMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: C. Pottorff, President, H. Gehrke, G. Ansley,
L. Taylor, G. Taylor,. R. Selfridge, Trustees
were present. Trustee, W. Rahn. was absent.
President Pottorff opened the meeting at 7:30 p.m. with the Pledge to
the Flag. Roll call was taken. Trustee, W. Rahn was absent.
On motion by L. Taylor minutes of the previous meetings were approved as
printed. Seconded by G. Ansley. Motion carried.
G. Ansley made a motion to pay the current invoices. Seconded by H. Gehrke.
All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
L. Taylor made a motion to pass Ordinance No. 790 (Chapter 10, Article 5
o~ the Codification of Ordinances) an Ordinance Defining The Use of Alcoholic
Liquor an Public Ways as Disorderly Conduct. Seconded by G. Ansley.
All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
L. Taylor made a motion to pass Ordinance No. 791 (Chapter 11, Article 7 of
the Codification of Ordinances) an Ordinance Establishing a Municipal Use
Tax. Seconded by G. Taylor. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
On motion meeting adjourned.
