Regular Meeting
,DATE: August 19, 1974 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: C. Pottorff, President, W. Rahn, G. Ansley,
G. Taylor, R. Selfridge, Trustees were present.
Trustees, H. Gehrke and L. Taylor were absent.
President Pottorff called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. with the
Pledge to the Flag. Roll call was taken. Trustees, H. Gehrke and L. Taylor
were absent.
G. Ansley made a motion to approve the low bid of Blacktop Faving of Joliet
for street repairs in the Village. Seconded by G. Taylor. All ayes, no nays.
Motion carried.
G. Taylor made a motion Frank Unger be employed as Inspector on street reap air
work. Seconded by R. Selfridge. Motion carried.
Treasurer's Report was approved on motion by W. Rahn, seconded by G. Ansley.
All .ayes, .no nays. Motion carried.
R. Selfridge made a motion to ga ahead with program with Kerr-Glass Carp.

W. Rahn made a motion to pass Ordinance No. 785,( Chapter 11, Article 3 of
Codification of Ordinances) an Ordinance for the l,~vying and Assessing of
Taxes for the Current Fiscal Year. Seconded by R. Selfridge. All ayes, no
nays. Motion carried.
