Special Meeting
DATE: July 22, 1974 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: C. Pottorff, President, G. Ansley,
L. Taylor, G. Taylor, R. Selfridge, Trustees
were present. Trustees, W. Rahn and H. Gehrke
were absent.
President Pottorff called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. with the
Pledge to the Flag. Roll call was taken. Trustees W. Rahn and H. Gehrke
were absent.
L. Taylor made a motion to approve the Library Budget. Seconded by G. Taylor.
All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
L. Taylor made a motion to appoint R. Selfridge to the Plan Commission.
Seconded by G. Ansley. Motion carried.
L. Taylor made a motion to appoint R~Lchard Myers to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
Seconded by G. Taylor. Motion carried.
John Leach, developer, presented ten copies of final plat Unit No. 10, Lily
Cache Acres with request it be presented to the Plan Commission for approval.
President Pottorff scheduled July 30 far the Plan Commission to meet.
Meeting adjourned.
