Regular Meeting
DATE: July 15, 1974 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: C. Pottorff, President, W. Rahn, G. Ansley
H. Gehrke, L. Taylor, R. Selfridge, Trustees
were present. Trustee, G. Taylor was absent.
President Pottorff called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. with the
Pledge to the Flag at 7:30 p.m. Roll call was taken. Trustee G. Taylor
was absent.
Minutes of the June 3rd meting was approved as printed on motion by
L. Taylor, seconded by W. Rahn. .Motion carried.
W. Rahn made a ration to approve payment of current invoices. Seconded by
H. Gehrke. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
L. Taylor made a motion to advertise for bids for new .truck for the water
& sewer department. Seconded by by W. Rahn. All ayes, no nays. Motion
carried.
Tt was agreed a special meeting of the Board will be held July 22 at the
Village Hall at 7:30 p.m.
On motion by L. Taylor, seconded by G. Ansley Board adjourned to an
Executive Session to discuss purchase of land.
