Regular Meeting
DATE: April 22, 1974 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: C. Pottorff, President, W. Rahn, G. Ansley,
I.. Taylor, G. Taylor, R. Selfridge, Trustees
were present. Trustee, H. Gehrke was absent.
President Pottorff opened the meeting with the Pledge to the Flag at
7:30 p.m. Roll call was taken. Trustee, H. Gehrke was absent.
The Treasurer's Report was approved on motion by W. Rahn, seconded by
L. Taylor. Motion carried.
Spring Clean-Up is scheduled for Saturday, June 1 with Tomich & Sons as
contractor.
W. Rahn made a motion to approve a Maintenance Agreement for the
Olivetti Computer at $552.00 for 12 months. Seconded by L. Taylor.
Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned to an Executive Session to discuss purchase of property.
