Regular Meeting
15ATE: February 1$, 1974 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: C. Pottorff, President, H. Gehrke, G. Ansley,
L. Taylor, G. Taylor, R. Selfridge, Trustees
were present. W. Rahn, Trustee was absent.
President Pottorff opened the meeting at 7:30 p.m. with the Pledge to the
Flag. Roll call .was taken. Trustee, W. Rahn was absent.
G. Ansley made a motion to approve the Treasurer's Report. Seconded by
L. Taylor. Motion carried.
School Superintendent, Dale Metzger briefly outlined Will County School
Site Ordinance. L. Taylor made a motion to have Village Attorney draw up
a Village School Site Ordinance for presentation at next meeting. Seconded
by G. Ansley. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
L. Taylor made a motion to repair Nv, 3 Well without bids and have Layne
Western dv the work. Seconded by H. Gehrke, All ayes, no nays. Motion
carried.
G. Ansley made a motion for Village to donate $1,.500.00 toward hiring a
professional planner in joint agreement with other Township Boards. Seconded
by H. Gehrke. All ayes, nv nays. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned.
