Regular Meeting
DATE: February 4, 1974 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: C. Pottorff, President, H. Gehrke, G. Ansley,
L. Taylor, R. Selfridge, Trustees were present.
W. Rahn and G. Taylor, Trustees were absent.
President Pottorff opened the meeting with the Pledge to the Flag at 7:30 p.m.
Rall call was taken. Trustees, W. Rahn and G. Taylor were absent.
Minutes of the January meetings were approved as printed on a motion by L. Taylor.
Seconded by G. Ansley. Motion carried.
R. Selfridge made a motion to approve payment of the current invoices. Seconded
by G. Ansley. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
H. Gehrke made a motion that Stanley Anderson be required to pay tap-on fees
for water for remaining lots in Anderson Subdivision, Garden Drive. Seconded
by L. Taylor. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
L. Taylor made a motion to let out bids for repair and service of No. 3 Well.
Seconded by H. Gehrke. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
L. Taylor made a motion to authorize Walter Deuchler, Jr. to investigate and make
a financial ~tixdy far water and sewer for proposed annexation of approximately
137 acres of property by Ralph Bada. Either by Special Assessment or other
possibilities. Seconded by H. Gehrke. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
