pLAINFIELD VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING

DATE: January 7, 1974 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: L. Taylor, W. Rahn, H. Gehrke, G. Ansley, G. Taylor,
R. Selfridge, Trustees. Pres. Pottorff~:was absent.
Trustee, L. Taylor opened the meeting at 7:30 p.m. with the Pledge to the Flag.
Roll call was taken. Pres. Pottorff was absent.
W. Rahn made a motion to accept minutes of the December meetings as presented.
Seconded by H. Gehrke. Motion carried.
R. Selfridge made a motion to approve payment of the current invoices. Seconded
by W. Rahn. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
Annexation of Legion property was discussed. R. Selfridge made a motion on
expressing option to favor Police Court going to Joliet. Seconded by W. Rahn.
All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
W.Rahn Made a motion for Guy Beahm to close meeting room windows with sheeting
and place an exhaust fan in the top half of one. Seconded by L. Taylor.
Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned.
