MEMBERS OF BOARD PRE~SEN'I': Complete Boaz•d present
President I'ottorff opened the meeting, a.t '7:30 p.m. with the Pledge to the
Flag. Rol].. call. was taken. All Board members were present.
W. Rahn made a mota.on to accept minutes of the IJovember meetings as presented.
Seconded by L. 7:'aylor. Motion carried.
R. Selfridge made a motion to approve x.>ayment oT the current invoa.ces. Seconded
by L. Taylor. Motion carried.
Board agreed. to rent one stall of the Village garage to John Neef for X50.00 per
month beginning January 1, 1974. Under a Gentlemen's Agreement, Neef will have
the privilege of using the garage for two years.
In other action the Board agreed. to permit Janet Mullen to operate a beauty
parlor in her home on a temporary basis until a permanent location can be found.
This is to be reviewed in a year for rezoning,
L. Taylor made a. motion to purchase a locating device for the lr~later & Sewer
Department at ,~2~;.10 per month thru the Joliet Telephone Answering Service.
Seconded by H, C~ehrke. Motion carried..
Board also granted. Stanley Anderson permission to tap the water line far the
remaining two lots in Anderson Subdivision under the Village Engineer's
supervision.
L. Taylor made a motion the Plainfield Corimunity Consolidated School District
subm~.t building permit and sewer apx;lications and pay connecting fees far their
I~igYi ;'~chonl Addition anal Administration Building in addition to obtaining State
approval. Seconded. by ff. C,ehrke. Motion carried.
