Regular Meeting
DATE: October 1, 1973 AT: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: C. Pottorff, Pres., W. Rahn, G. Ansley, L. Taylor,
G. Taylor, R. Selfridge, Trustees. Trustee,
H. Gehrke was absent.
President Pottorff opened the meeting at 7:30 p.m. with the Pledge to the Flag.
Roll call was taken. Trustee, H. Cxehrke was absent.
There being no request, the minutes of the September meetings were not read.
G. Ansley made a motion to approve payment of current invoices. Seconded by
W. Rahn. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried..
L. Taylor made a motion to pass a Resolution to appropriate $4.5,000.00 from
Village's allotment of Mator Fuel Tax Funds for Eastern Avenue storm sewer
project. Seconded. by W. Rahn. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
W. Rahn made a motion to purchase an Olivetti Programme 203 for $3,750.00.
Seconded by L. Taylor. All ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
G. Ansley made a motion to hire Donald Reid. as Electrical Inspector far the
Village on six month probation. period. Seconded by G. Taylor. Motion carried.
Thomas Murphy, County Planner, discussed. County and Municipal planning.
Meeting adjourned.
